Muster sells a fixed-price local-business website pack. This page explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we contact you.
What we collect
When you buy and fill the intake form, we collect information you provide, such as:
- Business name, trade, phone, and email
- Service area / city and optional domain
- Services, headline promise, and why customers choose you
- Color preferences, optional logo link, and notes you add
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
- To build and deliver your website pack
- To email you about intake follow-ups, drafts, revisions, and handoff
- To process refunds when our refund policy applies
- To improve the product in aggregate (no selling of personal data)
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell your personal or business information to third parties. We don’t rent email lists.
Who else may see it
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Email delivery tools — to send receipts and project messages
- Hosting providers — only as needed to run this website
We only share what’s needed to run the service or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project and intake records as long as needed to deliver your site, handle revisions, and maintain basic business records. You can email us to ask what’s on file.
